New Old House (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is the trade name of Jacob Wint, a licensed Connecticut real estate salesperson based in Granby, Connecticut. This policy explains what information we collect through newoldhousect.com and how we use it.

We may also collect basic technical information such as browser type, device type, and pages visited through standard site operations.

How information may be shared

We may share information with service providers that support our business (for example, the provider that hosts our contact form and messaging), professionals involved in a potential transaction such as attorneys, lenders, inspectors, or title companies, the brokerage with which Jacob Wint is affiliated, and parties when required by law. If you check the SMS consent box on our contact form, you agree to receive text messages from New Old House about your inquiry, such as appointment confirmations, updates on a property or offer, and customer care. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, and this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Data retention and security

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to an inquiry, evaluate or complete a transaction, and satisfy legal or recordkeeping obligations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing jwint@wpsir.com, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements. To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message.

Children’s privacy

This website and our services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
